Sleep so sweet. Time lapses, aches cease. Eyes open - bad dreams. Roll over, try to sleep. Plagued by memories More bad dreams. Bad memories - twisted by sleep. Worse dreams Already tormented Tortured by sleep. Secret pain - no one sees

Will you?  No. He asks for sex. Hours pass and I sleep. Awake, where are my clothes? What are you doing? Slap!  He stops. I dress myself in shock. Hours later I return to sleep. Morning comes. We talk - he promises. Months pass, no transgressions. He asks again, No! Hours later I wake, Naked and unwilling. Slap! He doesn't stop. I struggle, he is to strong. He finishes and rolls over. Soon I hear his snores. I dress with tears in my eyes. Soon enough I calm, Pretending nothing happened. I sleep. Morning comes. Apologies from his lips. As if that makes it ok. Relationship soured, I return home. Broken inside, I never return to him.

You burned me bad, But you left me with a parting gift. 7 months ago, I lost your gift. 6 months ago I felt naught but despair, I hid it well,

End of Semester, Its right around that corner! Classes are closing Finals are encroaching, Oh what to do, what to do? Some temporary freedom is mine to enjoy. A Summer of ren fests, A Summer of joy! It will pass on by with the blink of an eye! then fall classes will be beginning, and I shall again be a slave to that pen and paper. But for now summer is mine, Mine to enjoy!
